Made to order. Every Paw & Soul item is printed especially for you after your order is placed, helping us reduce unnecessary stock and waste.
UK Delivery
For UK orders fulfilled from Europe, estimated shipping times after fulfilment are:

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, fulfilment location and destination. Please remember that fulfilment time and shipping time are separate — your order must first be printed, prepared and packed before it is shipped.
How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the product, quantity and delivery method. The exact shipping charge available for your order will be displayed during checkout.
Where Is My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Because Paw & Soul products are made to order, we do not keep traditional inventory. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We will review the issue and help you with the appropriate solution.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Please check the product size guide carefully before ordering. For eligible online purchases, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods, including where you have changed your mind or selected the wrong size.
Certain products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised — for example, an item customised with your name or your dog's name — may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. Our standard pre-designed products are not treated as personalised simply because they are made to order.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Occasionally, deliveries can take longer because of carrier delays, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control. If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order still has not arrived, please contact us and we will help investigate.
