Every Paw & Soul item is made to order especially for you. Your order will first go through fulfilment, which includes printing, preparing and packing your item. Once dispatched, UK shipping times vary depending on the delivery method and destination. Estimated shipping information is provided in our Shipping & Returns Policy. During busy periods, fulfilment or delivery may take longer.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Because we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once production has started. Any cancellation rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law are not affected. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. Every item is printed especially for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and allows us to create more thoughtfully.

Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering, as sizing may vary between products. If you order the wrong size, please refer to our Refund Policy for information about change-of-mind returns and your cancellation rights.

Yes. We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Any available shipping promotions will be shown before payment.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to applicable exceptions. After notifying us of a cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the item. Items must be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy. Personalised or custom-made products may be excluded from the right to cancel where permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
